Internal walkway and stairs at Moorecroft

A recent job that Centristic has completed is the replacement of all the walkways and stairs for the primary crusher building at the AI Moorcroft quarry plant. The job required Centristic to remove the existing walkways and stairs and then design, detail, fabricate and install suitable replacements. Due to the small size of the crusher building the installation of the walkways and stairs was tricky, but the job was completed succefully and on time, ensuring that all the walkways and stairs conform to the latest british standard and EN ISO 14122-3:2001. As an added benefit to the crusher building, where all the old wood panel flooring has been replaced with open mesh panels the building is now substantially better illuminated which in turn increases safety.
