Service: Steel Fabrication

All of our welders are Certified to B.S. EN287-1:2011 and use Weld Procedures to B.S.EN ISO 15614-1:2004+A2:2012.

Our workshop provides over 1400m² of fabrication space divided into 16 welding bays of various sizes, all serviced by two powered gantry cranes. The workshop is fitted with a variety of processing equipment including band saws, punches, and guillotines, which when coupled together with the latest Tekla Structures software enable fast and accurate fabrication.

We also have a storage area of over 1300m² where raw and finished materials are stored and can be called off as required. This enables efficient management of the production process.
