Balfour Beatty: Plymouth Life Centre Sports Facility

Working for Balfour Beatty on the Plymouth Life Centre sports facility in 2012, in addition to numerous secondary steel beams, cages, ladders, handrailing, etc – we were tasked with providing a compliant gantry system for maintenance access to the complex roof plant equipment whist remaining “unfixed” so as to not penetrate the roof covering.

Site surveys were carried out & in excess of 100m of free standing walkways & stairs were taken from conception to completion within a particularly tight timeframe.
